Our customer focus programme aims to improve how we deliver services to you. Over the next three years (2020-2023), we’ll offer you easier and more accessible services to suit your needs.
Our Putting You First vision document sets out how we plan to provide this to you. We would like to hear your views on our vision to help shape our customer experience.

Following an analysis of all responses, we will complete our Equality & Impact assessment and report on outcomes to the Strategic Policy and Resources Committee and Council. The vision will be updated to take account of the consultation where appropriate and implemented as outlined in the Putting you First, Transforming Customer Experience document
